Named after the venue of the same name, the Clover Club. The cocktail was first mentioned in print as far back as 1917. A shining example of a great gin cocktail.

INGREDIENTS
60mL Tanqueray Gin
22.5mL Fresh Lemon Juice
22.5mL Raspberry Syrup
15mL Egg White

HOW TO
1. Dry shake the egg white
2. Add the remaining ingredients to your shaker
3. Shake & double strain into a chilled coupe glass
4. Garnish with 3 skewered raspberries
