This is my FIRST attempt at AF 4 large porterhouse steak (almost 1 kg of Australian premium beef steak) in the Philips Airfruer XXL. This is not a video recipe but a quick test of the AirFyrer unit, the Philips Airfyrer XXL Avance Collection model in black. HD965191.
