EJOT has developed a new spacer bolt for insulated cassette walls. With this screw the outer sheet can be fastened to steel cassette profiles. With the defined distance between outer sheet and cassette an optimum finish is achieved.
Previously, the installer had to perform two assembly steps for fastening the screw. If conventional spacer bolts were used, a hole had to be drilled in the outer sheet so that the fastener could be screwed into the cassette bars during the subsequent operation.
With the innovative EJOT spacer bolt with intelligent right-left-right screw thread this way of installing is a thing of the past. The fastener penetrates the outer sheet in just one step and with a pre-defined installation depth it is securely anchored in the cassette bars. And the spacer bolt can also be removed without any problems.
