I learned how to 20 second handstand faster than I thought.
Honestly if you just practice consistently you got it.
This is the workout I did 4-5 times a week:
3 sets of 30 second wall handstands
3 sets of 10 shoulder taps (per arm)
3 sets of 30 second hollow body holds
Wrist exercises:
3 sets of finger pulses until failure
3 sets of wrist circles with a 20lb dumbell until failure
