Felix, Scott and AK Steve enjoyed an afternoon of shooting a pair of VZ24 Mausers and had an informal shooting competition in which Scott triumphed, hitting 8 out of 10 targets, meanwhile Felix and Steve tied with 4 each.
The bad news is that one of my VZ24's has a barrel that is completely shot out and we had a few rounds that "keyholed", which means the barrel is so worn out that a few rounds actually twisted sideways in flight!
The barrel on the other VZ24 is just as bad but the rounds were at least flying straight.
