With it being my first year that I spend my birthday alone I wanted to reflect on the POWER of solo celebrations rather than perceiving it as a negative thing; not being with friends, going out and partying, etc. A big way I did this was by reconnecting with my younger self and hanging out with her (+ you lol). I also talk about my thoughts on alcohol as that is a big topic when turning 21.
