School is marketed as key to success in life. Yet if we look at what defines real success and an exceptional life, much of what we are trained to do in school is an impediment to our goals.  On top of schooling be it K-12 or university we are also trained by the media, the government and "society".   Much of this training is far more about conformity and keeping us easily controlled.
