P.S. for the Chile Colorado I added some onions and garlic and blended it with the peppers 🌶 and added a little bit of Salt.
Flour Tortilla recipe ⬇️
3¼ Cup Flour
2 tsp. Salt
¼ Cup Oil
1¼ Cup warm water
small ½ tsp baking powder
*Mix dry ingredients first, then add the rest. Let the dough rest for a few minutes before forming small balls. Roll till smooth let rest for a few minutes and they are ready to make tortillas.
