Canning Pineapple with pineapple core juice

You guys asked for it, so let’s do it!!
Start by cutting your pineapples into chunks. Throw the core in a pot with water to boil as you finish cutting the pineapples.
Fill your jars with pineapples leaving 1” headspace. Then add the core water to the jars, still maintaining 1” headspace. Don’t forget to debubble your jars. Wipe rims with white vinegar. Add lids and bands.
Process in your water bath canner for 15 minutes for pint jars and 20 minutes for quarts. Don’t forget to add the appropriate time if you live in higher elevations.
13 pineapples resulted in 30 pint jars 🍍
