Описание: The White House celebrated Operation Metro Surge’s latest milestone of nabbing 4,000 illegal aliens with criminal records living in Minnesota.
“Democrats opened our borders and allowed vicious criminals, including murderers, rapists, gang members, and terrorists, to invade our communities,” White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a statement.
“President Trump is reversing that horrific damage and removing these threats from our country.”
At the operation’s peak, roughly 3,000 federal immigration enforcement agents were deployed to the North Star State in response to allegations of widespread fraud committed by members of the Somalia diaspora of social service programs.
But following the fatal shooting of two American citizens, the Trump administration is recalibrating its approach to its immigration enforcement tactics, with President Donald Trump saying himself his administration could use a “softer touch” in its immigration enforcement tactics.
