Описание: When you route a signal to another layer using a via the signal current path is clear. However the return current path is much less clear and the frequency response is dependent upon the structures used to connect the reference planes. Reference planes of the same voltage...ie ground to ground can use stitching vias. Reference planes of differing voltages...ie VCC and Ground must use capacitors.
