90-90 Hip Lift with Hip Shift
Keys to this activity:
1. Reorient pelvis by tipping back so base of sacrum and lower back flatten to the table
2. When shifting, ensure the base of the left lower back pulls into table
3. Ensure you are digging down with heels instead of pushing into the wall
Some reasons to include this activity:
1. Improve ability to reorient pelvis posteriorly/reduce anterior orientation
2. Improve ability to reorient pelvis back and to the left (useful for a right oblique axis orientation)
3. To improve posterior expansion of the left hip.
4. To improve closed chain propulsion from the right side.
