Think of the adult you want your child to become. Do you want them to be honest? Slow to anger? Thoughtful? What are you currently doing in your home to foster these traits? I think for a lot of us, there's a lack in intentionality when it comes to the most important learning: learning to be moral, upright citizens that will change the world through kindness. This is MUCH more important than what grade they get on that math test.
