You might be surprised to see a remix here from a franchise that began with one of Nintendo's greatest rivals, but who can resist the lure of such an iconic and catchy tune?  I'm excited to have had the opportunity to work on a track from a Sonic title, and I'm certain this won't be the last time a theme from this series gets covered on the channel!

It's thanks to ‪@supmattboy‬ that this project came to be in the first place, and what a delight it was to be able to work with him on this remix!  Super Matt Boy, being a longtime fan of the series, helped massively with the arrangement, recognizing synergy between the themes of Star Light and Green Hill Zone. Additionally, his use of classic instruments, recognizable sound effects, and harmonized parts helped to add loads of retro charm to the piece.  We hope this rendition will be quick to put a smile on your face!
