You can do this routine in approximately 15 Minutes.
Do it as a circuit.
You will need a Bench, Dumbbell and Medicine Ball. If you don't have a Medicine Ball you can substitute in a Dumbbell for the Twist Movement.
This mini workout can be added to your workouts on 2-3 days per week.
Remember that ultimately ABS are made in the kitchen and not the gym!!
