The Baseball Network dramatically changed the concept of nationally broadcast games; instead of two games being played simultaneously on Saturday afternoon with 75/25 distribution - The Game of the Week - six were played on Saturday night, with heavily regionalized coverage roughly tied to the new six division MLB alignment.
