Tomato Pudding
Here is a fun recipe I found in my Amish/Mennonite cookbook
You need:
Bread cubes- I cubed up 7 slices of French bread
1 1/4 stick butter
2 cups of tomato purée
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbs orange juice
1 tbs lemon juice
Salt and pepper
