Описание: This week, we're introducing our latest limited box in preparation for the World Championships taking place in Milan this coming weekend.

Every month we release a box featuring limited lots of coffee, specially selected to highlight one particular variable with each release. We have previously featured coffee from our partner farm Pillcocaja in Ecuador and the world-famous Daterra in Brazil. This time around we're incredibly happy to share with you two lactic processed coffees from Colombian legends La Palma y El Tucán.

In this video, we're joined by Felipé Sardi at the farm in Colombia to get a closer look at just how these two lots have been processed and milled before making their long journey over to us here in Copenhagen.

We're also sharing our insights into the roasting process and providing our thoughts on how to brew these two phenomenal lots to get the optimal results from both.
