J’ai enregistré ce podcast sous format vidéo/audio avec un objectif de donner la parole aux sujets, qui sont devenus « normales » aujourd’hui.

L’insertion professionnelle reste un sujet du quotidien de tous, malgré leurs âges et expériences, et le côté humain n’est pas sous le contrôle. Les inégalités persistent, et donc s’adapter à l’environnement, tout en gardant l’esprit positive, devient très important.
