AT 23 years old Shaun Henderson took a leap of faith when he moved to London from Devon to start his own seafood business with just one customer.
Now almost a decade later Henderson Seafood now supplies 80 top London restaurants with sustainable fish and seafood sourced from the Jurassic coastline - and the firm boasts an annual turnover of £500,000.
"I didn't go to university or study business or anything. The odds were definitely stacked against me."
