So far with iOS 14 beta 2 iPhones that support back tap are iPhone X, iPhone XS , iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR, iPhone 11, iPhone 11pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max

As far as iOS 14 beta 2 is concerned these devices don’t support back tap feature. iPhone se 2016, iphone se 2020, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus
Hopefully it’s something that can be enabled later on with software and all iOS 14 supported devices will be able to support these back tap feature.
