As a therapist (and a proud INFJ), I thought it would be hilarious to see what happens when ChatGPT channels its inner ESTP and roasts the mysterious INFJ personality type. Spoiler alert: it was painfully accurate.

In this video, I react to the roast and share a few truths about INFJs that only fellow introverts and MBTI nerds will understand. If you’ve ever felt misunderstood, overly deep, or like you’re living in a world of your own… you might just be an INFJ. 🌀
