TO MAKE THIS BRIGHT AND TANGY CITRUS SALAD DRESSING FROM SCRATCH YOURSELF AT HOME, YOU WILL NEED:

Juice of 1 Orange
Juice of 1 Lemon
Juice of 1 Lime
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
2 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
1 tsp Sugar or Honey
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Extra Virgin Olive Oil equal amount to citrus (~1/2 cup – 3/4 cup)
1 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped, optional
