Sort Values in Excel from Highest to Lowest

1. Select Conditional formatting
2. Select Top/Bottom Rules
3. Select Top 10 Items
4. Input how many items you want to rank. In this video, we chose 5 and highlighted them green.
5. To sort them, select on the header of your table and sort it by color or size. It will automatically sort your dataset from largest values to smallest values
