Divine Heart Meditation

Описание: This is a guided meditation leading you via the heart into the heart of Unity, the Heart of God.

To me the foundation of good meditation is joy, is bliss, so the idea behind this guided meditation is the focus on the heart, the joy giver. This way you are already much closer to reality, which in its pure state is simply bliss. When the track ends simply remain and rest for a short while in the state of stillness or even bliss.

What I recommend during meditation is to accept an attitude of Oneness, so that you don’t perceive yourself as being separated, because you are not. In reality you are already one with your creator, the consciousness which gives you awareness. How can you not be? As a creation you are a part of it. This is simply the reality which we can accept as a given.

On the other hand, while we are still very much identified as a separate entity, separated from the world, it is quite natural to consider an atitude of devotion, where you accept the greater consciousness as “God”. I don’t often mention the word “God” because it so loaded with belief rather than experience, but in this case it can be good to have an anchor to relate to, to devote yourself to, because devotion releases a powerful attractive energy which can trigger a response from the source consciousness, which can be experienced as a blessing literally coming from above. Some might say the crown chakra. This can create and open a channel to higher consciousness.

Very often, when people enter a state of higher consciousness, they are overwhelmed by the immense power of an underlying intelligence, which creates the universe and you included. It is quite overwhelming and still being in our somewhat dualistic mode we naturally perceive this immense presence as God, a feminine or masculine entity we can relate to, we feel love for which is instantly reciprocated. This is where devotion comes into it. Our devotion becomes stronger and stronger until we enter a state of surrender. In our surrender we realise that we are a part of God, not separated at all. This is where mystics very often report the experience of ecstasy, where our separateness is finally surrendered and is substituted by a state of pure being or oneness.
This is actually at the root of our being, the reality of it. Even as we go along minding our own business in daily life. We are actually one with this all pervading state of consciousness or being. So we simply just have to remind ourselves of this fact by recalling it, not via our thoughts, but via our hearts, in order to have the experience.

The moment you become aware again that you exist, you become aware that you are one with all and the outside world becomes your world. In the beginning, after I had these overwhelming experiences, I only had to look at an object in my surrounding, any object, to remind myself of my “Being” and this triggered my awareness that I am, I am one. So you could simply say “I Am” or “OM” to remind yourself.
