Use any of these movements to engage the anterior and posterior chain.
The first one focuses on rectus abdominis recruitment without the hyper-extension in the thoracic spine and ribcage. The second exercise is intended to help 'fire' people's anterior and posterior chain without adding the stress on the joints.
The third movement is a classic forearm plank, a movement that requires an equal relationship of both anterior and posterior sides of the fascial system. Build your navel retraction with knees down before starting with straight legs! Your low back should not sway to the floor!
