Low back pain doesn’t have to slow you down. Here are a few simple exercises you can do at home to complement the therapies we offer in the office:
1️⃣ 𝗖𝗮𝘁-𝗖𝗼𝘄 / 𝗖𝗮𝘁-𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗹
On all fours, tuck your chin and arch your back toward the ceiling
Drop your belly and look up
Repeat 10–15 times
2️⃣ 𝗕𝗶𝗿𝗱 𝗗𝗼𝗴
On all fours, extend opposite arm & leg
Hold 5–10 seconds, switch sides
Helps improve balance & core stability
3️⃣ 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗕𝘂𝗴
Lie on your back, lift opposite arm & leg
Move them slowly, 10–12 reps per side
Builds core strength & reduces low back tension
4️⃣ 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗶𝘁-𝗨𝗽
One knee bent, arms across chest
Lift torso ~6 inches, hold 2–3 seconds
8–12 reps per side
