In this video, I’m sharing what a busy day looks like in our family, and how we stay connected through it all. We don’t slow life down. We build simple rhythms that help our kids feel safe, seen, and grounded, even on the longest days.

This isn’t about doing more. It’s about building connection into the moments we’re already living. We always say "I love you" when dropping off my kids.
