Hot Toddy Recipe:
-Mix 1/4 cup of mead and 1/4 cup of Buffalo Trace Whiskey into a glass.
-Heat up beer caramelizer until "red hot" and submerge in the mixture for 5 seconds.
-Add 1/4 cup of hot black tea
-Add 1/2 oz. ginger syrup and 1/2oz. lemon juice
-Add lemon peel and clove to glass, and pour over mixture.
