The amount of information available seems wholly inadequate for there to be a unique solution... let alone one findable by a human being... luckily we're not sure whether Simon qualifies...

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive. A black dot sits between two digits where one is double the other. Not all dots are necessarily given. Inequality signs between two cells point towards the smaller digit.
