Welcome to my Full Body Dumbbell Workout/ AMRAP Workout! We have 6 different AMRAPS working the entire body. AMRAP means " As Many Rounds As Possible". We have two exercises per circuit and we have three minutes of work per AMRAP. Remember that you guide the intensity, so feel free to take breaks if you are losing your form. We will finish off this strength workout with core work and then a deep stretch! I hope you enjoy! :)
