The Future of Learning:

Most universities are still preparing students for a world that no longer exists.
In 2025, a 17-year-old in Manila or Lagos has access to more expert knowledge than a Harvard Medical student had in 1990 — for free, on their phone. Yet we still measure intelligence by how much information a student can memorize and regurgitate under exam pressure.
Meanwhile, AI is reshaping every profession. The WEF estimates 85 million jobs will be displaced by automation by 2030. Technical skills now have a relevance half-life of less than 2.5 years. And the problems defining our era — climate, AI alignment, geopolitical fragmentation, mental health — are not information problems. They are wisdom, judgment, and collaboration problems.
So what should education actually look like — rebuilt from first principles for this era?
In this video, I break down:
✅ Why the 4-year university model is structurally obsolete
✅ The 5 radical shifts that define the University of 2035
✅ Why human-AI symbiosis is the new literacy
✅ What "lifelong learning stacks" replace traditional degrees
✅ The deeper civilizational question education has stopped asking
This isn't about doom. It's about a complete reimagining — of what learning means, what a university should be, and what a truly educated human being looks like in a world where machines already outperform us at most things we used to call "smart."
