How do you create an authentic Armenian tea drinking ritual when there isn't one? Start with the basics: pots and cups! See how 2 local ceramics masters helped us create something very special for a future wellness experience we're accelerating in partnership with Darman Tea in the Tavush Province, where Darman sources the organic herbs for its teas.
The experience is one of 9 we’re nearly done accelerating through our "Inside Armenia: Developing Tourism Experiences” project, co-funded by the European Union’s EU4Business “Innovative Tourism and Technology (ITTD)” initiative implemented by the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ).
To make the experience true to Armenia and local traditions, we asked local ceramics masters Edgar and Anna at Edgar Anna Cera Mix to create teapots and cups inspired by Armenia’s millennia-old culture.
