ADA, ESA are considered pets and do NOT have public access rights.

Walmart has never been and never will be pet friendly, and it does NOT vary from place to place, each and every walmart is not pet friendly, there are signs on the door that states no pets are allowed and only service animals are allowed, Walmart HAS to follow the laws, just because a manager allows then in, doesnt make it any less illegal, it's still a federal crime. All walmart stores have to follow CDC, ADA and FDA.
