We did this travel on 24/04/2022 from Skardu to Askoli.This is 5th part of our travel.
Askoli is 116KM from Skardu and usually it take 6 hours to reach there.Askoli is 3040m above sea level and last settlement of shigar valley.Totoal population of Askoli is around 1000.Askoli is gateway to K2 and many other highest mountains in Karakoram Mountains range.
There are couple of guests house with basic facilities.There are couple of shops too.SCOM have 4G services in Askoli.
