The second official ″Two Plus Two″ meeting between Korea and Australia was held in Sydney earlier today.
Korean foreign minister Yun Byung－se and defense minister Han Min－koo held talks with their Australian counterparts， Julie Bishop and Kevin Andrews.
During the meeting， the ministers signed a blueprint to strengthen the two nations′ bilateral cooperation in defense and security sectors.
Foreign minister Yun told the press... that the two countries were able to reconfirm their relationship as ″true partners″... through today′s dialogue.
Korea only holds such ministerial talks with Australia and the U.S.
