How to make Mickey and Minnie Cream Cheese filled Oreo Cookies

ingredients:
Oreos - 10 cookies ( 5 Mickey/ 5 Minnie)
Mini Oreos (for ears) - 10 cookies
Cream Cheese - 40g (room temperature)
Pink Candy Melts
Red Candy Melts
White Ball Sprinkles

1. separate large oreo cookies and scrape out the cream filling into a bowl
2. separate mini oreo cookies and scrape out the cream filling into a bowl
save the cream filling for later
3. dip half of the cookies into red or pink candy melts ( red = Mickey Mouse, pink = Minnie Mouse)
4. decorate the dipped part of the cookie with white ball sprinkles
5. * for Minnie Mouse: pipe pink bows onto cookies*
6. set dipped cookie a side to cool down
7. mix 40g room temperature cream cheese into the oreo cream filling
8. whisk until creamy
9. transfer mixture into a piping bag
10. pipe mixture onto the other half of the oreo cookies that were not dipped into candy melts
11. carefully place the mini oreos onto the filling as ears
12. take a dipped cookie and place it on top of the filling, sandwiching the mini oreos
13. store in the refrigerator once finished
