From the beginning of a Vet Adventures episode that was first aired in 2010. This was captured from Sky Replay on November 5, 2022.
I have never seen this before and I believe it is a brand new logo that has just been introduced in the last couple of days. It's the same as the 2019 logo just without the "a" at the start.
I believe Sky Replay, Sky Witness and perhaps a couple of other Sky channels (not Sky Crime or Sky Sci-Fi though) add these manually to each showing of the original shows they air. I say this because recently I recorded the same episode of a certain show from Pick TV and Sky Witness. The Sky Witness airing had the 2019 Sky logo while the Pick airing did not.
The times I've seen an older Sky Original logo followed by a later one now make sense if they're physically adding it afterwards, and it's actually quite clever as it means they don't have to physically go through and edit later logos out of prints whenever they update their logo. As you can see here - the latest logo has been rolled out on right away on older shows such as this.
