This Crispy Air fried Tofu is reminiscent of the popular Chinese dish. A sticky, sweet orange sauce is paired with the most amazing crispy air fried tofu!
Tofu marinade:
Tofu block - 1
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Oil for spraying
Sauce Ingredients:
Orange juice - 1 cup
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
Honey - 1 tsp
Corn flour - 1 tsp
Other ingredients:
Oil - 3 tsp
Minced garlic - 1 tbsp
Green chillie - 2
Scallion - 2 tbsp
Coriander for garnish
Scallion for garnish
Sesame seeds for garnish - optional
