Описание: This is the first step in building out Casita at the new house. I worked with with builder to set this wall a specific way because I had plans to gain access to the side yard of our new home lot. It's a half acre lot and we set the house off the north side about 15' so we could have dry RV storage behind a gate. This left about a 60' side yard to the south of the house. With that area I had already drawn up plans for a casita/shop & Gym/Aux room.

So rather than leave the side yard wide open until the permits came through I had them set the structural pillars in the all a specific way so I could come back when I was ready and basically push out the center and It'd be ready for a gate.
