You can make it with the ingredients that you already have on hand. No need for a shopping trip in a specialty food store. This is the kind of meal that I grew up on, and I raised my 4 kids on. No matter what your budget is, this is a meal that you and your family will enjoy again and again.

Ingredients:

1 lb. Ground Beef
1 cup Chopped Onions
1 ½ cups water
1 ½ teaspoons Beef Bouillon
1/2 cup Sour Cream
3 tablespoons Corn Starch
Salt & pepper to taste

**Optional - 1 cup Chopped Green Bell Peppers
