Peas - ಬಟಾಣಿ - मटर - 1/2 cup
Potato - ಆಲೂಗಡ್ಡೆ - आलू - 2, boiled and mashed
Chili Powder - ಮೆಣಸಿನ ಪುಡಿ - लाल मिर्च का पाउडर - 1 tbs
Turmeric Powder - ಅರಿಶಿನ ಪುಡಿ - हल्दी - 1/2 tbs
Amchoor Powder- ಒಣ ಮಾವಿನ ಪುಡಿ - अमचूर पाउडर - 1 tbs
Cumin Powder - ಜೀರಿಗೆ ಪುಡಿ - जीरा पाउडर - 1 tbs
Coriander Powder - ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ ಪುಡಿ - धनिया पाउडर - 1 tbs
Salt to taste - ಉಪ್ಪು ರುಚಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಷ್ಟು - नमक स्वादअनुसार
Kasuri Methi(Dried Fenugreek Leaves) - ಕಸೂರಿ ಮೆಥಿ(ಒಣ ಮೆಂತೆ ಸೊಪ್ಪು) - कसूरी मेथी - 1 tbs
Water - ನೀರು - पानी - little
