Shri Ramesh Prabhu is hailed as the Architect of Deemed Conveyance. As the founding chairman of the MSWA ( Maharashtra Societies Welfare Association ) he has been instrumental in helping and guiding thousands of societies in Maharashtra.
He has authored more than forty books on co-operative societies, transfer of flat, recovery of dues, registration, stamp duty & housing society election 2014 including the books.
He was a member of the committee constituted by the Government to Study and make the amendment to Maharashtra Ownership Flat Rules, 1964 to incorporate the amendments done in the Act.
CA RAMESH PRABHU us an expert in Co-operative sector and Chairman of MSWA gave valuable guidance on various subject related to CHSL especially on Audit & Account maintenance and overall management of Managing committee affairs. He provided special guidance on current Notification eith consulting of ELECTION FOR COOPERATOR SOCIETY IN MAHARASHTRA 2014
