Ngl it might actually be easier to just fly around the whole area focusing on keeping distance instead of flying between two places. GUIDE FOR PARASITES
Shoot the line launcher over to where the parasites spawn and use it to go over there. Once there try to take out leech first without being spotted by hornet (use mantis to help fight). When dead, rush hornet and easily take him out because the stinger wont shoot if someone is right next to you (REMEMBER STINGER LOCATION). Then finally for frog, just spawn mantis to take out the frogs he spawn and focus on killing frog as fast as possible. After that go grab the stinger and head to the mercs. Aim for the merc that is standing the most in the middle of them and take them out from a distance(don't let sniper shoot you if he's still alive).

GUIDE FOR TERMINALS
Locate six terminals around the area while fighting the mutants. Pretty easy however try not to spawn the red looking spheres or transparent ones because those have mutants with grub guns that will eat through your shield.
