Pear Almond Tart ingredients:
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup almond flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
2 tsp lemon zest
2 pears
2-3 tbsp brown sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup sour milk or butter milk
1/3 cup maple syrup or any light syrup
40 grams melted butter

PaleApple Glogg ingredients:
Half litre apple juice
3-4 cloves
3-4 cardamom
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
Place everything in a sauce pan and let it simmer in low heat for 10 minutes. Enjoy it warm.
