Before its too late, if you purchased a Pint X prior to Summer 2023, you may want to contact Future Motion or open the battery box to see if you have any wire damage. The battery leads from the BMS and battery are being pinched between the battery housing and the battery. If you are experiencing an Error 16, 17, 21 or 23 on a Pint X, this may be the culprit. If the error is already thrown and if this is the cause, a new battery would be needed.
