The title's use of the Jamaican proverb “Duppy know who fi frighten”, for the purpose of this work, the interpretation being used is: 'those who exploit know exactly who to target and who not to try'. The piece addresses our proximity to exploitative practices and whether we choose to engage in, or actively move towards creating more hospitable and inclusive environments.
