I FOUND THE ORIGINAL FLASH FILE ON MY EXTERNAL HDD!
It seems that the other one actually DID play too slow for whatever reason, so I decided that as a gift for you guys getting the other video to nearly 100,000 Views, that you all deserved this bad boy... please enjoy and spread THIS version instead!
Just to note, this is a real thing. It was a collab between the White House and 4Kids back in Summer 2003 to try and get kids not to smoke weed.
