The Teen Resource Center (TRC) partnered with My Media Life to work on helping youth find their voice through film! The youth chose to create a film exploring stereotypes often associated with Straight and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ) teens.
The TRC Productions internship is a 3-month program for high school students to explore teen-related issues while learning the basic fundamentals of film making. The script, scenes, wardrobe, casting, music selection, and taglines were all developed by the interns, with many interns also acting in key roles of the films.
