Somebody spent some time here a couple hundred years ago

Описание: I walked around for two hours before I found a good spot metal detecting. I was out exploring and checking out a new spot to do some relic hunting and it's large. Lots of old colonial farm land in the hills and mountains of New England. I walked along the ancient rock walls reading the landscape history and observed a lot of stacked rocks. No cellar holes or obvious locations where a house would have been but final ly zoned in on a spot where there was life after people activity. A small little hill and when I turned on my Teknetics G2+ there was nail iron in the ground and then the relics started popping out. Finding old places to metal detect from the 1700s and 1800s takes a lot of exploring out here. My Sampson 18 shovel dug up some buttons, bale seal and a few other artifacts making for a good day out in the woods. This is how you find spots to metal detect
